Attorney Profiles

Julian was born and raised in New York City. For college, Julian moved west and graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in classical Latin. Julian received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from University of San Diego School of Law in 2008.

While in law school, Julian worked as an associate for an employment law agency, counseling clients in unemployment insurance and wage and hour claims and arguing cases before administrative law judges. Julian also has served as a clerk for a Federal magistrate judge out of the Western District of New York. Since law school, Julian has worked as an associate attorney for a family law firm in San Diego and as a law clerk for a class action firm in San Diego.

Julian was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Central Districts. Julian joined the Law Offices of Nicolas C. Vrataric in 2009. He is an active member of the California State Bar, California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), The Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Democratic Professionals of San Diego
